I have always admired the amazing cooks in my life from afar, but during college, I started trying my hand in kitchen myself. I wanted to try to make baja fish tacos, why not? My roommates loved them, and I haven’t looked back ever since!

My love of hosting began once I had my own place, and I loved to make a simple gathering feel special. I’ve always wanted my guests to feel that the food is effortless, and not stuffy, yet delicious and a little bit elevated all the same.

I am a completely self-taught cook, but have learned loads of techniques from reading cookbooks, watching cooking shows, and of course social media!

My husband Scott and my two boys, Patrick and Johnny, inspire me to do the things that bring me joy, and for me, that’s cooking and hosting.
